By accessing or using Closio Quoter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is intended solely for licensed insurance agents and authorized users to obtain insurance quotes for legitimate business purposes. You may not use the Service for any purpose other than its intended function.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, spider, or use any automated means to access, extract, or collect data from the Service
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any data, quotes, or content obtained from the Service
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any rate limiting, access controls, or security measures
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service
• Share, transfer, or sublicense your account credentials to any third party
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, algorithms, data compilations, and materials on the Service are the exclusive property of Closio Quoter and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

4. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer

Quotes and rate information provided through the Service are for informational and illustration purposes only. Closio Quoter does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any quote data. Final rates are determined solely by the issuing insurance carrier. The Service is not a binding offer of insurance.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Subscription & Billing

Access to the Service requires an active subscription. Billing terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are presented at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled in accordance with our billing policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closio Quoter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Closio Quoter, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
